Leading a crew of 4–5 (you’re basically the captain of the landscaping ship).

Planning daily tasks, keeping things on schedule, and making sure the Operations Manager isn’t left guessing.

Guiding crews through landscape builds and property maintenance — from turf care to flower beds to outdoor spaces that make people stop and stare.

Keeping things safe and compliant: codes, bylaws, and safety regs (because no one likes fines or accidents).

Running and maintaining landscaping equipment — mowers, tractors, trimmers, pruning saws — and giving them some TLC (cleaning, greasing, inspecting).

Reporting anything that’s broken, defective, or just not right (vehicles, tools, or materials).
