Requirements

5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in commercial and business development.
3+ years of experience with Tableau demonstrating advanced use of calculations, parameters, performance tuning and interactivity
Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytic tools quickly to generate actionable insights from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
Proven ability to communicate findings effectively through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals and impact.
Experience using dbt for data modeling and using GitHub for version control
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 in addition to an annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package, and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally to
drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance for various clinical and operational teams.
This role will be part of a fast-growing technology organization working to create bespoke solutions to support medically complex children on Medicaid, increasing safe days at home.
Serve as a primary point of contact for answering client reporting or business development questions using clear, accurate data analysis.
Develop dashboards in Tableau to support client reporting, expanding patient populations and emerging clinical programs.
Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, meet production standards and aligned with business goals
