Software Engineer, Intelligence Systems

1-3 years of experience in full-stack software development

A genuine passion for leveraging technology to solve complex national security challenges in a high-stakes, rapid-development environment

Direct experience with SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.

Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular).

Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, sharding).

Exposure to AI/ML concepts, libraries, or experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into software applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing full-stack software solutions to challenging technical problems, with responsibilities including but not limited to front-end and back-end development, database management, code refactors, and performance optimization.

You will need to work within tight timelines and resource constraints while still delivering a high-quality product.

Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack software solutions, spanning front-end user interfaces (e.g., with React/Angular) to resilient back-end services and optimized database interactions (e.g., SQL Server)

Proactively maintain, update, and refactor existing mission-critical software systems to ensure longevity and performance

Adhere to software best practices and coding standards, review peer code, interact with version control, maintain build processes, and perform testing

Perform rapid issue triage and in-depth root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve complex system failures in production environments
