Sr. Consultant - Advanced Process Control

Degree: Chemical Engineering preferred, or another Engineering B.S.

Being based in Brazil

Manufacturing Experience (Technical engineering, Maintenance Management)

At least 5 years of experience with a mix of experience in paper and pulp, polymers/plastics/petrochemicals, mining, cement, dairy, etc.

Languages skill necessary: Portuguese and English fluency mandatory

You will operate as a Global Engineering expert as part of the Advanced Process Control and Optimization team with the purpose to guide Manufacturing improvements in encouraging quality improvement, increasing output and contributing to the bottom line across all processing industry customers in Latin America and worldwide, through:

Expertise deployment for Advanced Process Control and Process Control solutions and improvements

Development and deployment of world class practices and functional expertise

Identify and implement improvement opportunities

Basic DCS, Process Control and Instrumentation knowledgeExperience Areas Shall Include Linear And Non-linear Processes, Cost/benefit Analysis, Technical Design, Implementation, Commissioning, Startup, Maintenance, Sustainability, Trouble Shooting, Failure Analyzing And Overhaul Dedicated To The Advanced Process Control And Optimization Area Of Expertise, With Experience On Project Execution And Maintenance:

APC technology, systems, industry standards, including step testing, model identification, inferential deployment, working and commissioning, cost/benefit analysis
