Requirements

High school diploma with 2-5 year’s experience, Associate’s degree with 1-3 years experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience or equivalent

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data in a controlled laboratory environment

Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds

Experience in a biopharmaceutical environment and industrial fermentation scale-up a plus

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other related applications

Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Compensation & Benefits

The position is

Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Upstream fermentation processes to produce biotherapeutics

Cell culture and aseptic technique including setting up bioreactors

Cleaning, Steam in Place, and autoclaving of equipment

Basic analytics and data acquisition

Monitoring and replenishing lab reagents and solutions

Maintain, calibrate, and operate instrumentation in the laboratory
