Requirements
Experience supporting production applications or infrastructure in a business-critical environment.
Strong scripting or programming experience with one or more languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, Go, C#, or SQL.
Understanding of application hosting, APIs, databases, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and system performance.
Experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments.
Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident troubleshooting.
Experience using Git and CI/CD workflows.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 and is dependent on the applicant's relevant skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable healthcare technology systems.
Develop automation tools to reduce manual support work and improve operational efficiency.
Support production applications, internal portals, APIs, integrations, and clinical system workflows.
Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and reporting across applications and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot incidents involving applications, servers, databases, APIs, network connectivity, and system integrations.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation.
