Principal Product Manager, Customs & Border Authorities

You’ve worked directly with engineering teams to translate high-level government policy into concrete product features.

UX-Centric Technicality:

You understand the "plumbing" (APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON), but you are obsessed with the user experience.

You hate clunky integration projects and strive to make user experiences feel like magic, working with your team and your design partners.

As a Director of Product Management for Public Sector, you will lead the team defining strategy/product vision through feature definition and roadmap prioritization.

You and your team will work closely with marketing and finance teams for positioning, naming, GTM/adoption, and financial metrics.
