The Construction Specialist is a key contributor within Mynd’s centralized construction management platform, directly responsible for the successful execution of home turns and renovation projects.

This role blends construction expertise with hands-on project ownership—scoping, pricing, and managing projects from inspection through completion.

Construction Specialists develop accurate scopes of work, validate pricing, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all work is completed within scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

They act as both estimator and project controller, leveraging field data, vendor feedback, and inspection details to create clear, actionable project plans.

Review inspection data, contractor scopes, and budgets for accuracy, completeness, and cost competitiveness.
