Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Hedge Funds), with direct exposure to deploying capital or supporting investment decisions.

2–5 years in an in-house finance role, partnering closely with operators to drive business performance.

Act as the primary finance partner to Otter, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management.

Work closely with business leaders and the CFO, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform growth, drive efficiency, and guide capital allocation.

Lead budgeting and long-range planning, build and own best-in-class financial models, and evaluate critical initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure.

You’ll track performance against KPIs, identify the underlying drivers of variance, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of your business unit.

Partner closely with operations, product, and go-to-market teams, you’ll guide decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization, ensuring capital is deployed with discipline and aligned to the company’s highest-impact priorities.
