Employees may be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building (within our parking lots) or to retrieve products stored in exterior storage buildings or other areas.

\u2013 Frequently bending in all directions, subject to proper bending techniques as products are brought into or out of pawn or sold (from customer, to storage, to sales floor, to counter).

\u2013 Frequently as products are retrieved from storage shelves, carts, and customers.

\u2013 Frequently within the store as customers are assisted and stock retrieved.

Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $9.65 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store, promotes a positive and productive environment.

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, and recruit and retain top talent.

This role partners with the Store Manager to maximize financial goals and manage Customer Relations and Customer Satisfaction.\u00A0

Leading by example and promoting our company values the Assistant Store Manager sets the tone for a customer-centric environment.

Alongside the Store Manager, analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met and makes\u00A0adjustments as necessary.

Commits to company asset protection through inventory control, following policies and procedures\u00A0
