This role will play a critical part in building the platform and product capabilities that enable these AI-driven experiences.
The work you lead will directly influence how millions of users interact with the product and unlock entirely new ways for organizations to collect and act on feedback.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Product Management and will partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and data science teams to deliver against this vision.
Product management experience working across both consumer and enterprise SaaS products
Past experience with product development leveraging Open AI for enterprise and AWS technologies like AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
