Specialist, Logistics Training Coordinator

Warehouse/Logistics Management: At least 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing logistics, focusing on material handling, inventory management, or assembly in-house logistics line feeding in an automotive manufacturing industry.

Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead logistics teams in a fast-paced OEM environment.

Inventory Control: Experience with inventory management, including tracking materials, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of warehouse materials.

Process Optimization: Experience with process improvement initiatives, particularly in logistics or warehousing, using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
