Responsibilities
Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in building and scaling our Renewals sales organization.
This role will partner with Renewal Sales Leadership and Salesforce Systems to optimize the Renewals lifecycle through scalable processes, strong operational rigor, and data-driven insights that drive retention and expansion.
Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define and document business requirements, drive UAT, and uphold strong data hygiene standards.
Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows, drive improvements and ensure processes scale efficiently as the business continues to grow.
Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the Renewals workflow; translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive execution with partners.
Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define and document business requirements, drive UAT, and uphold strong data hygiene standards.
