Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role supporting executive teams.
Proven success in a global, high-growth environment; experience in FinTech or Technology industries strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational change, and deliver strategic HR solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. iCapital is hiring a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic and rapidly growing People team.
This senior-level role will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business leaders, driving strategic people initiatives that enable organizational success.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People Partners, this individual will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people priorities.This role will primarily support our Performance & Risk and Marketing business units, partnering closely with their leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.
You are a collaborative partner who builds strong relationships, influences at all levels, and brings a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Build trusted relationships with leaders, offering counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent development.
