Responsibilities
Oversee site maintenance, including building operations, capital expenditure projects, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal equipment and infrastructure performance.
Manage vendor relationships for dining services and housekeeping, and maintain strong connections with property management liaisons; plan and communicate major building projects.
Lead implementation of CREWS responsibilities, covering building operations, security, dining, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations.
Develop and manage financial budgets and capital spending, using forecasting tools and partnering with procurement to negotiate contracts for facility services and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations by maintaining up-to-date records and certificates; collaborate cross-functionally on engineering, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is required to respond to emergencies on a 24‑hour, as‑needed basis.

The Maintenance Manager supports HSN and shapes facility operations, supports a high-performing team, leads critical facility operations, and ensures performance across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. You will report to the General Manager of the site.
