Requirements
A relentless, hunter’s mindset – you chase opportunities and don’t wait for them to come to you.
Proven closing ability (pre-construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you can sell).
Willingness to build and maintain expertise in the condo market, financing and GTHA communities.
Strong negotiation skills to deliver the best results for purchasers and Adi.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with people.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and put in the hours needed to close deals.

Master our training program and follow our proven processes for success.
Close sales and crush targets – every deal you land drives your income higher.
Generate leads and build relationships with brokers, sales agents, and purchasers consistently – no opportunities left behind.
Conduct consultations and tours with purchasers, brokers and agents with professionalism and confidence.
Own the pre-construction sales process, from first contact to signed agreements.
Guide purchasers through the pre-construction sales process while upholding our service standards.
