Requirements
Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Diploma preparation as an RPN in a recognized education program for Nursing
Current medication certificate and medical asepsis (if not included in diploma program)
2-5 years experience in the care and management of patients with moderate to advanced dementia
2-5 years experience in care and management of patients with moderate to advanced behaviours and psychological symptoms of dementia
3- 5 years experience in care of medically complex geriatric patients
