Requirements
Assist with program development, implementation and evaluation
Assists clients in taking responsibility for and managing their health needs according to available resources and personal skills
Collaborates with community agencies to maintain coordination in the treatment process
Identifies high risk clients and assess the need for crisis intervention, prioritizing the safety of clients
Utilizes harm reduction principles to identify, reduce, and remove risk factors
Works collaboratively and cooperatively with clients, families, peers and other care providers in order to provide safe, quality care, that maximizes benefits to the participant

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING A DIFFERENCE:
Responsible for screening, assessment and provision of nursing interventions and supports to individuals referred to the Withdrawal Management Beds.
Collaborate with addiction and mental health service providers to support the needs of clients who may be in crisis and needing supervised withdrawal management support
