This role supports onboarding for new hires, serves as a primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, assists with leave administration, partners with vendors, and contributes to continuous improvement of HR operations and the overall employee experience.

Support the administration of FMLA and 401(k) processes.
Support annual open enrollment, including communications and system updates.
