Construction Project Manager

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry.

Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Experience with construction management tools and project scheduling platforms.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Lead all aspects of IWS, UPW, and WATR project delivery — from scope development, planning, and scheduling to execution and closeout — ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Seek competitive bids from qualified contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines to achieve best-value results.

Issue purchase orders (POs) and track performed work, ensuring alignment with project budgets and approved scopes.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes while serving as the primary point of contact for all trade partners.

Collaborate closely with mechanical, I&C, electrical, and LSS subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
