Requirements

Here's what else you'll bring:

3+ years of experience in an automotive, manufacturing, or product development environment. Experience with IMDS, material compliance, supplier quality, or engineering data strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of materials (metals, polymers, coatings) and substance-level reporting concepts

Hands on experience and knowledge of life cycle assessment and/or quantitative sustainability modelling.

Ability to manage, organize, and optimize complex datasets, databases, and information to extract meaning and identify impact points.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $80,000.00 - $97,500.00

Responsibilities

The Analyst, Material & Chemical Conformity is responsible for supporting material and chemical compliance activities across product development and manufacturing.

Reporting to the Director, Sustainability & Stewardship, the role supports the Senior Specialist, Material & Chemical Conformity in collecting, validating, and analyzing substance and material data for materials, components, and assemblies.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, EHS, Procurement and individual suppliers, the Analyst ensures timely, accurate, and complete material disclosures and compliance with applicable material and chemical regulations and internal requirements.
