Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive training materials — including guides, tutorials, SOPs, troubleshooting docs, and certification content — for a range of audiences including Operators, Technicians, Ops Leads, QMs, and Engineering teams.
Identify knowledge gaps across teams and proactively address them with new or updated content, keeping materials current with evolving tools and processes.
Work within established content standards and templates to ensure documentation is consistent, accessible, and ready for use across multiple regions.
Partner with engineers, product managers, and operators to gather source material, validate accuracy, and synthesize complex information into actionable documentation.
Maintain a regular review cadence for existing content, flagging and resolving accuracy issues and versioning changes as tools and processes evolve.
