Physical Therapist(Bilingual/Portuguese) - Early Intervention, Fee for Service

Experience working with infant and early childhood

Assess and evaluate children's performance using standardized measures, focusing on postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, and adaptive device needs

Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children, developing and following up on treatment goals within the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)

Collaborate with staff, families, physicians, and agencies for team-based treatment planning and service delivery

Maintain client records per Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
