Physical Therapist - Part Time

Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Colorado or valid PT Compact Privilege.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Proficiency in computer skills within 90 days of hire to fulfill job-specific requirements.

Strong command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Evaluate patients using appropriate tests and measurements to determine physical therapy problems and treatment plans.

Apply patient care protocols suited to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric needs.

Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with healthcare professionals.

Recommend and assist in acquiring necessary patient care equipment for discharge.

Document patient progress and procedures within established time frames and manage billing daily.

Instruct patients and family members on home programs.
