5+ years of experience selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions in the Security or Software industry
Proven track record of meeting or achieving services bookings targets in a services organization
Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery process
Experience creating Statements of Work and service proposals aligned to customer needs and compelling events
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
Sell the value of Professional Services to prospective and existing enterprise customers
Work with internal teams—including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Architects—to integrate services solutions into comprehensive proposals
Own the Services bookings quota in the assigned territory with specific attach rate targets
Execute technical scoping engagements with customers to produce proposals, Statements of Work, and resource plans
Collaborate with channel partners on joint proposals to ensure customer success
