, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible management work experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities
Administrative Services Operations Specialist
you will provide executive‑level administrative support for the day‑to‑day operations of the Presidential Units, managing budgets, supervising hourly staff, and handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Under the direction of the Director of Administrative Services, you will ensure that financial and administrative practices align with strategic objectives and serve as a key liaison between the President’s Office and administrative leadership to support effective communication and organizational coordination.
