Responsibilities

How will you make an impact?

Provide L2/L3 application support for complex, multi-tier applications.

Monitor and manage application performance using APM tools such as AppDynamics and Dynatrace.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and availability issues across cloud and on-prem environments.

Manage containerized applications deployed in Kubernetes environments.

Support cloud infrastructure components such as AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, VPC, VPN).
