Accounting Specialist

1. Reviewing and Submitting all inventories – Meat, Packaging, Ingredients and HIBE 2. Comparing and Balancing our two production systems 3. Reconciling the production day for both plants and researching/resolving any and all discrepancies

4. Reviewing orders/returns and posting poundage to ensure our systems match to shipments, inbounds and inventories reported

5. Reconciling and producing all API inventories and Orders 6. Communication with Operations, Plant Team and Accounting Team Members to report accurate information efficiently and timely 7. Backing up for other areas and departments as needed. 8. Other duties as required by management and supervision.

9. Performing internal Audits every Quarter and as needed throughout the year – This does happen on a weekend

10. Reconciling, researching and confirming all inventoried not only within the plant but every freezer location as well

11. Will need to rotate and cover all clerk positions including but not limited to payroll and live processing
