Responsibilities
They will learn end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment while working closely with the TA team to deliver high-quality execution.
High-performing interns/contractors may be considered for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.
