Engineering Program Manager

Experienced in leading cross-functional teams through NPI (New Production Introduction) development using a Product Lifecycle process

Maintain foresight when planning through product lifecycle

Experience delivering consumer electronic products preferred

Strong desire to drive project development using well defined processes and metrics.

Ability to filter and distill relevant information for each audience

Experience with power conversion is a plus.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product execution, test, and delivery.

You must be responsive, flexible, and results-driven in a collaborative peer environment.

Experience with power conversion is a plus.

You will be responsible for coordination of design, integration, and launch of critical power conversion products.

In addition, you will utilize your project management skills to drive program schedules and steer the resolution of technical issues that enable on-time system delivery.
