Requirements

5+ years’ experience working in Retirement Plan Services for an RIA, Wealth Management Firm or other industry provider.

Able to gain and maintain the respect of high net worth clients.

Knowledge of retirement industry software including Fi360 and Plan Comparator.

Responsibilities

As a Retirement Plan Advisor at Aprio, you are responsible for sales and service of startup and smaller plans.

You will be a key part of the team providing our clients comprehensive services that affect the business owner and their employees directly.

You will use your knowledge of investments, plan design, employee education tactics, fiduciary risk mitigation and general retirement plan consulting to execute our process to both advise current clients and drive new client acquisition, primarily from internal referrals.

Grow retirement plan services book of business in assigned regions, in line with Aprio’s 2030 goal.

Aprio’s goal in 2026 is to onboard 130 startup plans.

Lead retirement plan opportunities in conjunction with Aprio Relationship Partner.
