In this role, you will bridge business and technology, ensuring that IT strategy, services, and solutions are tightly aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable value.

You will lead end-to-end IT service delivery at the site, overseeing both infrastructure (including End User Compute and smart hands support) and application enablement in close partnership with global BTS teams.

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will play a critical role in defining IT strategy at the site, enabling business growth through innovative technology solutions, and ensuring regulatory, quality, and cybersecurity standards are consistently met.
