Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer at Flex, you'll solve problems for renters across the country who are underserved by existing financial products. You’ll sit on a cross-functional product team that owns projects from end-to-end, from discovery through delivery. The Housing Division at Flex works on the bread and butter of our business – our Rent product, which is now available to every renter across in the U.S. The consumer partnerships team is scaling access to Flex by making our services available to consumers across property, biller, and banking portals. They own the experience from acquisition to activation. While our value proposition is simple for consumers, the product is complex! We’re looking for designers who are excited to understand how intricate systems work and are able to design around them to create beautiful, intuitive native consumer experiences. Join our incredibly talented product org and design team to work on something meaningful and exceptional.
Independently lead design initiatives alongside your cross-functional partners for consumer-facing products and features
Own the design process from beginning to end: leading discovery, ideation, research, visual design, build, and QA
Identify customer needs through quantitative and qualitative research and existing data
Craft thoughtfully considered solutions to solve customer problems and go after new business opportunities
