Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
7+ years of experience in energy storage design and development, with a focus on electric vehicle applications.
Proven leadership experience, including team management and project coordination.
Strong proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for energy storage systems.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to energy storage systems.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Oversee the design and development of energy storage systems for Scout pickup trucks and SUVs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Provide technical expertise in energy storage pack designs including cells, modules, electronics and performance.
Develop and execute rigorous testing and validation protocols to verify the performance and reliability of high voltage battery systems.
Ensure that all energy storage systems meet or exceed relevant industry standards, certifications, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select and manage suppliers for energy storage components, ensuring manufacturing capability, quality, and reliability.
