Field Support Technician | Austin

Dropboxes are located at partner sites and are an important part of Zipline’s delivery operation.

In this hands-on role, you’ll travel between assigned locations to inspect equipment, complete light maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and make sure each site meets Zipline’s safety and quality standards.

Experience performing light maintenance, inspections, repairs, or troubleshooting.

A customer-first mindset and the ability to represent Zipline professionally.

Access to a reliable vehicle for traveling between assigned sites.

Visit assigned Dropbox locations and ensure they are clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily operations.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on Dropbox equipment and supporting systems.

Complete basic mechanical, technical, and site repairs using established procedures.

Identify damaged equipment, safety concerns, or operational issues before they affect customers or partners.

Escalate issues quickly when additional technical or operational support is needed.

Provide clear details, photos, and documentation so internal teams can understand and resolve reported problems.
