Requirements

Ideal candidate: 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations at a public company with an equity analyst background. Investment Banking or Corporate Finance is a plus.

Experience supporting or leading Investor Relations for a public company is essential.

Strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and public company reporting.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear investor messaging.

Experience preparing senior executives for investor and analyst interactions.

Proven ability to build relationships with institutional investors and analysts.

Responsibilities

The Investor Relations Director will lead the company’s engagement with the investment community and oversee all aspects of the Investor Relations function. This role is responsible for shaping and communicating the company’s financial and strategic narrative to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders while ensuring transparency, credibility, and alignment with the company’s long-term strategy. The role is a sole contributor who will manage every aspect of the Investor Relations function.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights into investor sentiment, market dynamics, and analyst perspectives to support effective capital markets communication and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Investor and Analyst Engagement

Lead relationships with the global investment community, including institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for investor and analyst inquiries.
