Direct and manage all aspects of the physical therapy department's operations

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance department efficiency and patient care quality

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies

Manage department budget and resource allocation

Collaborate with other healthcare departments to coordinate patient care

Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes and program effectiveness

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $

$90,000-$100,000.

Salary

is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
