Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.

Responsibilities
The Production Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities.
The manager will develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage spare parts inventory, and work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance specialists (electrical, mechanical, PLC, etc.).
Develop and manage work schedules, assignments, and priorities for the maintenance team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
Foster a strong safety culture within the maintenance department, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and procedures (e.g., LOTO, confined space, hot work).
