Engineering Manager, Back End - Fintech (Bangkok based, relocation provided)

Demonstrate strong hands-on coding ability in at least one language such as Java, Scala, or C#.

Bring strong experience in systems architecture and scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.

Show experience as a system owner with operational responsibility for production services.

Apply knowledge of lower-level engineering concepts such as garbage collection, threading, and context switching.

Operate effectively in a DevOps culture with exposure to automation, CI/CD, and Agile / Scrum.

Maintain good understanding of application security and secure engineering practices.

The Data department oversees all of Agoda’s data-related requirements.
