Ability to design and improve end-to-end business processes, not just analyze results
Experience working with financial systems, data platforms, and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual pay range for this position is a base range of $150,000K - $190,000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.

Responsibilities
NPI Financial Governance
Own and govern financial processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) across all Product Groups
Lead NPI ROI evaluation, cost modeling, and forward cost estimation
Executive & Decision Support
Provide robust financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and Executive Committee (EC)
Support EC-level reviews, business cases, and escalation topics related to NPI investments
About the Company
We are seeking a senior finance leader to own and drive company-wide financial governance for New Product Introduction (NPI). This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Product Groups, Engineering, IT, and Executive Management, and plays a critical role in ensuring that investment decisions for new products are financially sound, consistent, and scalable across the organization.
This position goes beyond traditional controlling. The successful candidate will design, standardize, and continuously improve NPI financial processes, enabling informed decision-making from early concept through executive approval.
