Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, you must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience conducting end to end investigations into complex employee matters.

Excellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Experience managing difficult conversations, interactions, and interviews.

Ability to quickly establish trust and interact with employees at all levels.

Ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, operating across the organization and at all levels.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Mattel’s Ethics & Compliance team is seeking a Manager, Investigations to conduct  Compliance investigations across the U.S. We are looking for an experienced investigator who can ensure that all matters are investigated timely, thoroughly, objectively, and that we are operating consistently across the organization. This individual will partner with People & Culture Business Partners, Employment Law, Security, IT, Internal Audit, and other cross-functional stakeholders

What Your Impact Will Be:

Conduct thorough, timely and objective investigations in response to employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other violations of rules, regulations, and Mattel policy, adhering to Compliance best practices.

Partner with People & Culture Business Partners, business leaders, legal counsel, and other cross-functional stakeholders as necessary to reach an effective resolution to employee matters.

Use sound judgement to produce clear, concise, and fact-based investigation notes and memos.
