Requirements
Working knowledge of AS9100 based Quality Management System requirements.
Experience working with RF and or electronic systems with particular experience in PCBA design, development, and sustainment.
Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes.
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense, automotive, medical device, or similar complex hardware.
Experience with RF test systems, data collection, analysis, and optimization for production control
Responsibilities
Own the elimination of product risk to improve reliability across the product lifecycle with a key focus on PCBA product quality.
Engage in Quality activities from concept through development and manufacturing to field use.
Ensure the execution of product and process requirements.
Define and improve such requirements.
Partner with production to insure incoming material inspection, process control plans, and end of line test capture the essential quality requirements for successful customer shipments.
Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product quality requirements.
