Technical Recruiter - Canada

2-3 years High volume headhunting experience (agency experience preferred)

Highly tech-savvy with experience working with ATS systems (greenhouse experience an asset)

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify candidates for various technical roles with our client groups through in-depth interviews

Maintains strong relationships with internal clients as well as the external candidate pipeline

You will also partner with the delivery team to stay ahead of current and future requirements

Assist as required with administration duties related to reporting and onboarding of new hires, following up with hiring managers for interview feedback, and ensuring the feedback is communicated back to the candidates
