Principal Product Manager

10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery.

Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or technology products.

Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles.

Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Kaseya is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives across our IT Complete portfolio.

This role is responsible for driving long-term product strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable business impact.

As a senior individual contributor, the Principal Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to define market-leading products that address the evolving needs of MSPs and IT professionals.

This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional business judgment, and a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products at scale.

Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Kaseya's corporate objectives.

Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
