Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive assembly with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of the automotive production process.

Experience with assembly tools, jigs and fixtures in manufacturing setting.

Experience in managing teams with ability to coach / mentor / develop teams.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00

Responsibilities

Be able to collaborate with other departments and areas to include maintenance, quality, industrial engineers, programmers, etc.

Lead an Assembly Section team to achieve all business objectives including safety, quality, continuous improvement, production, profitability, customer service, and other internal metrics, consistent with the lean principles.

Supports all aspects of production processes including safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale and drives successful implementation of Scout’s Production System processes and standards.

Help lead designated area from BBG through SOP on New Models.
