Responsibilities
1. Editorial Strategy & Guest Experience
Host Partnership: Work 1-on-1 with our brand journalists to sharpen potential interview questions from the host. You’ll help research guests and formulate high-impact questions that bypass the "standard" talking points.
Assist Talent Sourcing: Assist the guest acquisition process along with other talent sourcers. You should have experience being in communication with high profile guests.
2. Elite Technical Execution
Audio Engineering: Oversee the entire signal chain. You should have an expert-level grasp of all things related to technical podcast production and video / audio set-up. Visual
Storytelling: Manage multi-camera video setups. We need someone who understands lighting, color grading, and how to create a "cinematic" feel for digital platforms.Workflow
