Rooms Inspector - Limelight Boulder

Previous cleaning experience preferred

Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Familiarity with hotel brand standards for room cleanliness and presentation

Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately

Basic understanding of guest service principles

Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy

Work Environment & Physical Demands

•    Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time

•    Regularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

•    Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

The Rooms Inspector is responsible for performing a final room inspection to ensure quality and readiness of guest rooms & public areas to brand standards.

The Rooms Inspector also participates in the cleaning and preparation of all guest areas as needed.

This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

Inspect, clean, and service guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards

Perform a thorough self-inspection of each room to ensure readiness before marking it as clean
