Requirements

Basic experience or familiarity with:

Documentation management or record keeping

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Safety Program Support

- Assist in maintaining the organization's safety program by tracking safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. Support safety inspections, hazard assessments, and safety observations. Help prepare safety communications, meetings, and toolbox talks.

Quality System Administration-

Maintain and organize quality documentation including procedures, policies, and work instructions. Support quality management processes by assisting with documentation control and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
