Therapy Supervisor LCSW

Fully Licensed in one of the following states

Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia

Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Current independent clinical license

LICSW or LCSW

Minimum of 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience

This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort.

In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors will maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.
