7+ years of engineering experience, including technical ownership of production systems and business-critical software.
2+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
Strong technical background in backend, infrastructure, APIs, or data systems (Java, C++, Python, or similar).
Proven ability to drive execution, define clear success metrics, and solve complex problems with data and rigor.

Team
The Consumer Experience (CX) team is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms. It sits at the forefront of fulfilling StubHub’s mission to become the global destination for accessing live event experiences by crafting the product experience that millions of fans interact with every day.
Within CX, the
Events
team focuses on the critical moment when a fan moves from exploring to choosing the perfect event for their favorite artist, team, or tournament. This is where curiosity turns into commitment. By combining thoughtful design, resilient engineering, and data-driven experimentation, the Events team creates experiences that build trust, spark excitement, and drive conversion—ultimately helping bring more people to more live events around the world.
